SCT SK Siltron CSS to supply silicon carbide wafers to Infineon

Infineon Technologies AG of Munich, Germany has formalized an agreement for compound semiconductor wafer maker SK Siltron CSS of Auburn, MI, USA (a subsidiary of South Korea-based SK Siltron, a part of the SK Group) to provide it with 150mm silicon carbide (SiC) wafers, supporting the production of SiC semiconductors.
