Specialty analog foundry Tower Semiconductor Ltd of Migdal Haemek, Israel is collaborating with Renesas, leveraging Tower’s high-volume and high-performance silicon germanium (SiGe) BiCMOS technology to manufacture SiGe-based beam-forming ICs.
