ROHM group of Kyoto, Japan and STMicroelectronics of Geneva, Switzerland have expanded the existing multi-year, long-term 150mm silicon carbide (SiC) substrate wafers supply agreement with ROHM group company SiCrystal GmbH of Erlangen, Germany.
