SCT Navitas’s Q2 revenue and gross margin at higher end of guidance

For second-quarter 2024, gallium nitride (GaN) power IC and silicon carbide (SiC) technology firm Navitas Semiconductor of Torrance, CA, USA has reported revenue of $20.5m, down 12.6% on $23.2m last quarter but up 13% on $18.1m a year ago, and at the top of the $20m±$0.5m guidance range.
