First Solar Inc of Tempe, AZ, USA has signed an agreement to supply 378MWDC of its cadmium telluride (CdTe) thin-film photovoltaic (PV) solar modules to renewable energy developer and owner-operator Scout Clean Energy of Boulder, CO, USA (a portfolio company of Quinbrook Infrastructure Partners).
