Emcore Corp of Alhambra, CA, USA – which provides mixed-signal products for the aerospace & defense, communications and sensing markets – has announced the pricing of a public offering of 15,454,546 shares of its common stock at a price of $1.10 per share. Gross proceeds to Emcore, before deducting the placement agent fees and other offering expenses, are expected to be about $17m.
