Singapore-based Gallium Semiconductor, which designs and manufactures RF gallium nitride (GaN) solutions for 5G mobile communications, aerospace & defense, and industrial, scientific & medical (ISM) applications, has released a library of nonlinear models for its portfolio of GaN products.
