Japan-based Toshiba Electronic Devices & Storage Corp (TDSC) – which was spun off from Toshiba Corp in 2017 – has launched twelve 650V silicon carbide (SiC) Schottky barrier diodes (SBDs) based on its latest third-generation technology.
