After a launch ceremony co-hosted with Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP), MassPhoton Ltd is set to establish the region’s first R&D center for GaN epitaxy process technology at the Hong Kong Science Park as well as developing Hong Kong’s first production-scale 8-inch gallium nitride (GaN) epitaxial wafer pilot line at InnoPark.
